Almost two years ago, we began implementing CSRD together with our implementation partner ForvisMazars. Today, we are able to present the first ESRS-based sustainability statement for 2024 (link) with
- Double materiality analysis
- ESRS gap analysis
- Supply chain risk analysis
- Greenhouse gas accounting
- Sustainability strategy, particularly with regard to climate and sustainable procurement
- Specific targets and measures
Particularly noteworthy: despite the removal of regulatory pressure due to the ‘Omnibus’, we have prepared and published a transparent initial report and are continuing to make progress where specific levers exist. The immediate benefits:
- Strategy, targets, measures and key performance indicators are in place to make LEHVOSS and its activities more sustainable
- LEHVOSS is more resilient
- Customer enquiries can be better classified and processed with an awareness of the company's own impact and strategic ESG priorities.
- Bank questionnaires and EcoVadis are answered in a more targeted manner.
- Measures to reduce GHG emissions at sites are being implemented.
- Site- or area-specific HR measures are being assessed and rolled out across the company.
